A Call To Care
St. Ben's helps find patient health ... and a home
When Anthony Hannon first discovered the lump in his neck,
he didn't know where to turn.
You see, Anthony was living at the Milwaukee Rescue Mission
Fortunately, Ellen Krueger, the outreach nurse for CSM's St.
Ben’s Clinic, was able to examine him during one of her bi-monthly screening
and health counseling sessions.
She referred him to St. Ben's Clinic, where he was able to
get help to find diagnosis, treatment and, ultimately, a home with his father.

Gala brings 3D mammo to all CSM patients
Proceeds from this year's Gala will provide 3D mammography
to all women - including the underserved and most vulnerable in our
3D mammography finds 27 percent more cancers and 40 percent
more invasive cancers than conventional 2D mammography. And, this new
technology results in far fewer false positives, meaning less anxiety and less
radiation for our patients.
It’s with this vision in mind that we will gather on
Saturday, October 25, for the 2014 Columbia St. Mary’s Foundation Gala.
This black-tie event will feature unique auction items to
bid on, a four-course dinner prepared by the expert culinary team at Milwaukee
Country Club, and live music by Five Card Studs.
